A CNC machine is advantageous for serial production, complex part geometry and repeatability requirements — the program eliminates the human factor. A universal milling machine is suitable for one-off and repair production where flexibility and low entry threshold are important. Our engineers conduct a free technical interview and select the optimal option for your parts.
How much does a metal milling machine cost and what affects the price?
The price depends on table size, bed weight, CNC system (Fanuc, Siemens, Syntec), spindle power and configuration. Vertical metal milling machines start from $16,500, VMC machining centers from $49,500, heavy gantry complexes from $132,000. Leasing is available.
What are the lead times for delivery of a milling machine from China?
Typical lead time is 45–90 days from contract signing: production 20–35 days, customs and logistics 15–30 days, installation 3–7 days. In-stock models may be delivered faster — please enquire when requesting.
What is the difference between a wood milling machine and a metal milling machine?
Wood machines are lightweight gantry structures with high-speed spindles (18,000–24,000 rpm), vacuum tables and dust extraction. Metal machines are rigid cast iron structures with powerful drives, low speeds, coolant systems and high accuracy. A woodworking machine cannot be used for steel — it lacks the stiffness and torque.
Is installation supervision and operator training included in the price?
Installation supervision and commissioning are included in the basic supply package. Our crew arrives at your site, levels the machine, verifies geometry, carries out test milling and trains the operator in CNC operation. Operating manuals are provided in English.
Can I buy a milling machine on lease?
Yes, we work with leading leasing companies. Leasing is available for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. Down payment from 10%, lease term up to 60 months. Submit a request — our manager will select the terms and prepare a preliminary payment schedule.
Which CNC system is better — Fanuc, Siemens or Syntec?
Fanuc and Siemens are the industrial standard for serial metalworking production: reliability, service, skilled workforce. Syntec and similar systems are optimal in terms of price for woodworking, engraving and smaller facilities. The choice depends on your tasks, operator qualifications and budget — we will help you decide during the selection stage.
What warranty do you provide on a milling machine?
Warranty on the machine is 12 months, on the spindle and CNC system up to 24 months depending on the manufacturer. Post-warranty service, supply of original spare parts and tooling — under a long-term service agreement.
